Terms and ConditionsGeneral Notes These terms and conditions apply for all the buildings and facilities at the property. Rental Bookings are made through us at the price advertised. Booking and Payment 100 Euro deposit payable on booking for 1 week stays, longer stays require 20% deposit. The balance is payable 2 weeks before arrival. If a booking is made 2 weeks or less before arrival, full payment is required on booking. How to Book Bookings are made directly with us. Once dates and availability have been confirmed, the reservation is kept live up to 5 days awaiting receipt of deposit. On payment of the deposit, the booking will be confirmed. If the deposit is not received within the 5 day period we cannot guarantee that the dates will still be available. Payment Our preferred secure payment mechanism is PayPal, as it handles payment by credit card and debit card, and/or if you have a PayPal account. Or direct deposit or transfer to our bank account. Alternative arrangements can be considered upon request. Cancellation by you Deposit - non refundable 1 week before arrival - lose 50% Less than one before arrival - 100% We strongly recommend all clients to purchase trip cancellation / travel insurance. Deposit for breakages/damage A 100 Euro (cash) security deposit is payable on arrival. It will be held and returned to you at the end of your stay. Self Catering Accommodation Unless offered as bed and breakfast, both the bungalow and guest house are self catering accommodation. If guests advise us that they will be arriving very late, we can include minimal quantity of items such as toilet rolls, cleaning items, detergents etc. A welcome pack can be provided if required, with the contents and price to be discussed prior to arrival. Swimming Pool The pool is generally in use between April and November, although temperatures are lower at the beginning and ends of this period. It is currently not heated, hence clients will make their own judgement to use it. We are currently looking into solar heating. The pool is also available to use at night. The pool bar is a feature, but not normally functional. Should guests wish to use it as such we have items such as blenders and ice buckets they can use. Regular maintenance is targeted during the periods when clients are not using the pool. Washing Machines / Laundry Facilities Both the bungalow and the guest house both have washing machines installed. |
