Spanish Villas - Perleta MagicThere are two separate Spanish villas available to rent at Perleta Magic on a self-catering* basis: the bungalow, which is discretely located at the back of the property rear beyond a small orchard, and a smaller separate guesthouse closer to one side of the main house; both have been tastefully rebuilt and outfitted to a very high standard. 'Spanish villa' is one of the most recognised terms for properties in Spain: we've added Bungalow and Guest House as differentiators, rather than uno and dos, or any other naming convention, although in terms of rebuild, the bungalow is #1 and the guest house is #2. Bungalow: is 2-bed 2-bath, can sleep 4-6, and has dedicated air-conditioning for the two bedrooms. It has its own entrance from the road and a private carpark, as well as dedicated patio and a large gazebo and chairs and tables. A separate charcoal barbeque is also provided. Update for 2010: a custom mosaic counter top has been added for outdoor food preparation, that complements the barbecue. Guest House: is 2-bed 1-bath, can sleep 2-4, and has shared air-conditioning between the bedrooms. It has its own patio and bamboo sun shade at the lower level, with chairs and a table, plus, a flat deck on top for relaxation, also with chairs and a table and an umbrella (excellent for sundowners). The guest house also has a dedicated charcoal barbeque. Update for 2010: privacy screens plus a revamped bamboo shade has beenadded, plus a custom mosaic counter top for outdoor food preparation that complements the barbecue. Shared AreasPool: The primary feature at Perleta Magic is the Caribbean pool with circular pool bar and Cuban 'palapa' top, with spacious patio around the pool for relaxing and sun bathing. Two smaller palapa-top sun shades are provided along with six sun loungers.Summer kitchen: Leading down from the pool bar is the Summer Kitchen with extensive worktops, a sink, and a bar fridge. Then further along to the extensive barbeque area, with gazebo and seating. Barbecue: The barbeque area has a large professional stainless-steel gas Barbeque plus an additional gas hob with four burners. Rugged kitchenware is available to use for your alfresco feast, e.g. seasoned frying pans, Mexican sizzle platters, polycarbonate picnic plates etc. CrocPit: Descending steps to the lower patio, we find the CrocPit, a multi-use recreational area, such sound shell for music, sun bathing, firepit in the evening, or even an outdoor cinema; we have the equipment. There is also a golf practice net next to it complete with a set of right-handed clubs. These two are not available at any Spanish villa, not that we've heard of anyway. Lastly, free internet access is available via WiFi, and we have a large selection of books and DVDs. All the above shared facilities are available for use at any time by guests, at no extra charge.
